Configuring a list or library to display the Send Message custom column:

Step	Action
1.	Open the List or Library ribbon. NOTE: If you are using SharePoint 2013, the Send Message column can also be added by clicking Edit this list above the list view; then click the + symbol, and select More Column Types.
2.	Select the List Settings or Library Settings.
3.	Click Create Column.
4.	Add a Column Name.
5.	Select the Bamboo Send Message column type.
6.	Click Save.

The Send Message column should display on the right side of the list view. To re-order the column, edit the list view and change the Send Message column’s Position from Left.
