Bulk Export List Bulk Export allows you to pull documents, pictures, and list data from SharePoint to your file system. Large volumes of files that need to be accessed offline can be exported quickly and easily. Libraries can be exported with or without versions, and the set of files to export can be filtered by view-based criteria. List Bulk Export runs in the background on your client machine, so you can continue to work while it’s processing. Better yet, you can schedule it to run at a time that’s convenient for you, and a convenient schedule setting automatically extracts only the documents that have been modified since the last export.
