Resolution N/A
Database Attach Upgrade Method
Issues Alert Plusdoes not support relative URLs. When a content database is detached and then reconnected on a new server farm, the URLs are different. Alert Plus stores URLs in Web properties, event receivers, and SharePoint lists.
It is pretty straightforward to update URL information that is stored in a SharePoint list, but the Web properties and event receiver information cannot be updated through the browser. If the URLs for Alert lists are updated but the web properties and event receiver information are not, the following error is returned:

On PreRender: The Web application at [WebAPP URL] could not be found. Verify
that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing
content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping
to the intended application.
Resolution See

for general migration information. Then use the Bamboo.FixUpgrade tool to resolve the issue with the URLs. See Use the Bamboo.FixUpgrade utility to resolve broken links for more information.
