What does it do?

List Print is a feature that runs on your SharePoint server; once installed, deployed, and activated, it displays a Print List option in the List Ribbon (or the Actions… menu, if you are using WSSv3/MOSS) for any SharePoint list. When selected, the Print List option opens a new browser window with the contents of the current list displayed and formatted in a manner ideal for clean, easy printing. From here, you can choose the list view to print and select a basic table or column arrangement. From the Actions menu on this page, you can choose to Print, using your standard Browser print options, or Export to Excel.
