The Bamboo Wiki Publisher Settings do not appear in my Library Settings

If you don’t see the Bamboo Wiki Publisher Settings in the General Settings area of your Wiki Library, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

site collection features.pngGo to the top site of the site collection where you are trying to configure the Wiki Publisher and click Site Actions > Site Settings.

NOTE: You must be a Site Collection Administrator to see these settings.

In the Site Collection Administration section, click Site collection features.

2. Make sure the Bamboo SharePoint Wiki Publisher site collection feature is active.

3. CA manage farm solutions.pngIf you don’t see the Bamboo SharePoint Wiki Publisher site collection feature in the list, go to SharePoint Central Administration > System Settings > Manage Farm Solutions.
4. Make sure the farm solution called bamboo.spwiki.wsp is deployed successfully to the web application where your site collection resides.

Microsoft ended mainstream support for SharePoint 2007 in October 2012. See Microsoft’s Lifecycle Support Policy.
At that time, Bamboo stopped enhancements to our SharePoint 2007 product line, but continues to provide support and bug fixes to customers with active support contracts until October 2017. Previously purchased licenses will continue to function after October 2017, but support for these products will end, and no additional bug fixes will be provided beyond that time. Bamboo plans to cease selling new licenses and annual support contacts for its SharePoint 2007 products in October 2016 to ensure customers will be eligible to receive support for at least one year after purchase.
Microsoft plans to end mainstream support for SharePoint 2010 in October 2015. See Microsoft’s Lifecycle Support Policy. At that time, we will stop any enhancements for our SharePoint 2010 product line but will continue to provide support and bug fixes for our SharePoint 2010 products to customers with active support contracts until October 2020. 1. Navigate to your wiki library. Click the View all pages link at the bottom of the left side Quick Launch bar.

Then, move your mouse cursor over the wiki page Title you want to export, click the drop-down box arrow, and select Export to PDF.

Navigate to your Wiki Library and click the Page tab to display the Page ribbon. Click the icon View All Pages in the ribbon.

Click the Library tab of the Tools ribbon and then Import from MS Word Document in the Library ribbon.

2. In the Export to PDF Settings page, you have a variety of options as to how your exported page will look in PDF. The options for SharePoint 2007 are slightly different than those for SharePoint 2010 or 2013.

For SP2010/2013:

Once you are satisfied with your selections, click the Export button. Otherwise, click Close to close the page without proceeding.

To view the PDF, click Open on the dialog box that pops up after the PDF is generated. From the PDF Viewer, you can save the file, zoom in and out, and select text, print or email the document, plus many more features that are standard to PDF viewers.

1. Navigate to your wiki library. From the Wiki Library toolbar, click Actions (1) > Export Multiple Pages to PDF (2).

Navigate to your Wiki Library and click the Page tab (1) to display the Page ribbon and then click the View All Pages icon (2).

Next, click the Library tab (3) to display the Library ribbon and click the Export Multiple Wiki Pages to PDF icon (4).

Highlight the pages you want to export from the left side of the Select Wiki Pages window (5). Hold down your Ctrl key while selecting to select multiple pages. Once the pages are selected, click the right arrow key (6) to move the pages to the right side. Use the up and down arrow keys (7) to move the selected pages on the right side.

Use the up and down arrows (7) to order the selected wiki pages. Select one or more of the following export options (8).

  • Insert cover page. Select a page as your cover page.
  • Insert Wiki page name to PDF document.
  • Insert Table of Contents Page.
  • Insert Page Number in the footer of each page.
  • Insert current date in the footer of each page.
  • Auto detect page break (available in SP2007 only)

Select the margin sizes and page orientation.

When ready, click Export or click Close to close the page without proceeding.

3. To view the PDF, click Open on the dialog box that pops up after the PDF is generated. From the PDF Viewer, you can save the file, zoom in and out, and select text, print or email the document, plus many more features that are standard to PDF viewers.
